Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Exogi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
Exogi is a teaching programme management platform designed for UK anaesthetics education. It provides tools for session scheduling, attendance tracking, compliance reporting, and trainee portfolio oversight.
Account registration and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free account
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Exogi Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Service availability and uptime
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exogi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
